At Peak Movement, we’re proud to have Sergio Russouw as part of our elite team of fitness professionals. Sergio holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Science from ETA College and has honed his expertise across multiple disciplines, including kettlebell training, boxing, Olympic weightlifting, and functional strength coaching. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him the perfect trainer for anyone looking to build strength, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall fitness.
As an avid triathlete, runner, and tag rugby player, Sergio lives and breathes the active lifestyle he promotes.
His training philosophy is built on strength, endurance, and movement efficiency, ensuring every session is tailored to your goals—whether you’re training for a competition, recovering from an injury, or simply aiming to reach your peak performance.
