With over four years of experience in the medical field, Justin combines his extensive knowledge with a background as a semi-professional rugby player and current training as an Ironman athlete.
Believing in a multidimensional approach, Justin advocates for the integration of training, nutrition, and safe medical management to achieve a healthy lifestyle. He is committed to providing members across South Africa with personalized meal and gym plans, supported by optional check-ups and weekly weigh-ins, to ensure they reach their full potential.
